Many of the following sessions are 2-week seminars, taught over two lunch breaks or after work slots. Mindfulness (#5) and Yoga (#7) are taught as a 6-week series. It’s supposed to happen for one third of our day, everyday, but a casual chat with friends or colleagues tells us that our sleep is often much less than that. The most popular of all the courses. Participants leave each session feeling noticeably calmer, clearer, and focused. The practice also creates a great range of motion and refined coordination of joint movements. All levels including complete beginners are welcome. This series runs in 6-week sessions.
