We will incorporate tools from productivity, mindfulness and positive psychology so you can be clearer about how you wish to carry forwards in 2018, and commit to your wellbeing in the daily.
Taught by Breathe Repeat's Sarah Dunning, The Mindfulness Course zeroes in on a fundamental finding from positive psychology: that happiness is inextricably linked to having strong social ties and contributing to something bigger than yourself.
You will learn about the most recent and relevant wellbeing research through actionable happiness exercises; accessible reading material; and a weekly check-in.
And it works: people who consciously cultivate mindfulness and happiness in their days report significant increases in happiness and life satisfaction, with a corresponding decrease in stress.
