Flagship programme: Workplace Wellbeing Programme
The Workplace Wellbeing Programme is a systemic approach to social-emotional learning developed at Breathe Repeat. This curriculum infuses emotional intelligence into professional development sessions at your workplace, informing how leaders lead, teachers teach, and families support each other. Develop your team to reduce burnout, and increase mental engagement.

Implementation

If you're a business: Workplace Wellbeing implementation begins with personal and professional learning for leaders and staff members. Sessions build on the previous ones, starting with foundational skills, and working towards specific workplace habits and structures. Read the brochure below to get a sense of the topics covered.

If you're a school: Workplace Wellbeing implementation is a "teach the teachers" structure for all school leaders, educators, and staff. By starting here, we create a first-hand understanding of why and how emotional intelligence plays a role in being more connected to and able to understand the needs of students.  It continues with ideas for classroom instruction and for family/community engagement and education.
