INFORMATION
1. Stress Resilience
The ability to deal with life's challenges is something we all benefit from cultivating. Like many other positive life traits, coping and resilience are skills that can be learned and honed -- with wide-ranging effects on the quality of our lives and the lives of those around us. In this workshop we delve into what's already going well, but we take the time to round out your ideas and tools so that you can be more self-aware as you figure out which things work best for you.

From this workshop you will:
- learn the 6 core competencies of resilience
- understand which areas to develop for your individual resilience

- have a competitive industry advantage though dealing with stressful circumstances better
2. Habit Formation
For better or worse, our habits are the underlying architecture of our days. They streamline our decision-making process and automate our tasks. But there are times when a habit isn't serving you, or you're trying to get a new habit started -- such as exercising -- and it's hard to make it stick.

From this workshop you will:
- Understand the ways different people respond to inner expectations and outer expectations.
- Learn your tendencies, and regain control of your habits.
- Discover the major areas where people focus their efforts.
- Uncover the behavioural science behind making good habits stick (or making bad habits stick less).

3. Goals That You Actually Want
“It’s not how good you are, it’s how good you want to be” — Paul Arden
There's a deep satisfaction in being great at what you do. Peak performance often necessitates ongoing organisational and individual changes, which sounds fine at the outset. However, as a result we don't take ownership of the goals we're working towards or we underestimate the timelines it takes to really pull it off.

From this workshop you will:
- Find the overlap between personal and professional goals
- Understand the roadblocks
- Make choices acknowledging there always be more options than time allotted

4. Building Stronger Relationships
If you want to live a good life, the quality of your relationships is the key place to look. What helps and what inhibits connection? What are the components of a good conversation, and how can we build trust and rapport with new people?

5. Grit and Growth: Playing the long game in your career
To master any craft one ultimately engages with a task over and over. Excellence can at times be a function of the mundane. Yet those willing to persist with these things will tell you it's more than just willpower. We will talk about the research behind grit, what it is, and how to implement systems that help you stay inspired and curious.
6. Smarter Sleep
It’s supposed to happen for one third of our day, everyday, but a casual chat with friends or colleagues tells us that our sleep is often much less than that. A unique combination of work pressures and all-hours connectivity affects this generations' sleep like no other. People either struggle to fall asleep or wake up mid-cycle. Furthermore, no aspect of our biology is left unscathed by sleep deprivation. It sinks down into every possible nook and cranny. Learn more about how we sleep, why we need it, and what you need in order to sleep deeply and well.
7. Being the Anchor
Being the anchor is the practice of staying steady during those times when change is afoot. There's a constant need to innovate and improve what we do, and that requires stepping aside, reassessing what is vital, and learning other best practices. This workshop combines the reminders of what tools will help you as well as a workbook with LOTS of reflection prompts. You'll have some time in the session to consider what needs your attention and what you choose to prioritise at the moment.
